Designed the deployment workflow system and Git traceability features for Azure Kubernetes services, helping teams track commits, deployments, and infrastructure changes across their cloud environment.
Redesigned Azure's DevOps experience to support GitHub workflows alongside existing tools, driving adoption of cloud-native deployment patterns. The project increased GitHub-based deployments to Azure resources, established standardized design patterns across Azure services, and improved deployment tracking capabilities for infrastructure teams.

GitHub app for Microsoft Teams
Led the UX design for GitHub's Microsoft Teams integration, enabling engineering teams to manage repository workflows and updates directly within their communication platform. Designed core features for pull request management, issue tracking, and repository notifications that reduced context switching between platforms while improving team coordination across time zones.
Conducted extensive research with engineering teams, validated through customer interviews and usability studies. Delivered improvements to notification systems, sign-in flows, and personal alerts based on user insights. Owned the end-to-end design process including the teams.github.com marketing site, contributing to successful launches in both Microsoft Teams and GitHub marketplaces
